Sync rules

Sync rules let you control which orders post to your books. They're set per site in Settings → Sync rules. Orders that fail a rule are marked Skipped, not posted, and are re-checked automatically if the order changes.

Minimum order value

Set a minimum and any order below it is skipped. Useful for ignoring tiny or test transactions you don't want cluttering the ledger. Leave it at 0 to sync every order.

Only sync fulfilled orders

Turn this on to skip orders that aren't fulfilled yet (still pending or unfulfilled in Webflow). They sync the moment Webflow marks them fulfilled, so nothing is lost, it just waits until the sale is real.

Leave it off (the default) to post invoices as soon as orders are placed, which is what most stores want.

How skipped orders behave

  • A skipped order shows Skipped with the reason on the Orders screen.
  • If the order later changes (for example it gets fulfilled, or crosses the minimum after an edit), Xaldro re-evaluates and syncs it.
  • Skipping is per order and reversible, loosen a rule and the next sync picks the order up.

Rules apply to every connected provider on that site, so an order skipped for one is skipped for both, keeping Xero and QuickBooks in step.
