Free trial
Every account starts on a 14-day free trial, or your first 100 synced orders, whichever comes first. No card required to start. When the trial ends, syncing pauses until you subscribe, your data and connections are kept, so subscribing picks up right where you left off.
Changing plans
Change plans anytime from Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated); downgrades apply at the next period. Your order limit and feature set follow your current plan, an order over your monthly limit is held with a clear message until you upgrade or the month rolls over.
What counts toward limits
The monthly limit counts orders synced in the calendar month. Skipped orders and held orders don't count until they actually post. Unlimited plans (Pro, Agency) have no monthly cap.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Invoices already posted to Xero or QuickBooks are yours and stay in your books, uninstalling or cancelling Xaldro never touches them.
