Xaldro

Connecting Xero & QuickBooks

Xaldro posts your Webflow orders into your own Xero organisation and QuickBooks Online company. The data lives in your books, so it survives even if you uninstall Xaldro.

Connecting

In the app, open the connect screen and choose Connect Xero or Connect QuickBooks. You'll be sent to the provider to authorize, then returned to Xaldro. We store only encrypted access and refresh tokens, never your password.

  • Xero , authorize the organisation you want orders posted to. If your login has access to several organisations, pick the right one.
  • QuickBooks Online , authorize the company file. Xaldro works with sandbox and production companies.

You can connect both providers. Each connected, mapped provider receives every order independently, so a hiccup on one never blocks the other.

Tokens and reconnecting

Accounting tokens expire periodically (Xero ~30 minutes, QuickBooks ~1 hour). Xaldro refreshes them automatically in the background, you never have to think about it.

If a token can't be refreshed (for example you revoked access, or a QuickBooks connection sat idle past its refresh window), the connection is marked needs reconnect, syncing pauses for that provider, and we email you. Nothing is lost: reconnect and any orders that arrived while it was down sync immediately.

To reconnect, open the app and click Reconnect on the flagged connection.

Multiple stores, multiple ledgers

On agency plans you can connect several Webflow sites and pin each one to the right client's Xero or QuickBooks organisation, so every client's orders post to their books. See Team & permissions.

Disconnecting

Disconnecting a provider stops syncing but keeps all your order history and mappings, reconnect anytime to resume. Removing it permanently is a separate, owner-only action. Invoices already posted to Xero or QuickBooks are never touched by either.
