Importing past orders

Xaldro backfills your last 90 days automatically when you install. To bring in more history, run an import yourself.

Run an import

Open Settings → Import past orders, choose a window, and click Import orders:

• Last 30 days
• Last 60 days
• Last 90 days
• Last 6 months
• Last 12 months

Imported orders appear on the Orders screen and sync just like live ones, posting invoices (and any refunds) to your connected providers.

Safe to run again

Importing is idempotent: an order that's already synced is skipped, never posted twice. So you can run a wider window without worrying about duplicate invoices, Xaldro only acts on orders it hasn't seen.

Notes

• Imports respect your sync rules and mappings, the same logic as live orders. An order below your minimum, or carrying tax with no code mapped, behaves the same way it would in real time.
• Large windows are processed in the background at a steady pace to stay within Webflow's rate limits, big catch-ups may take a little while to fully land.
• The import covers the chosen site. Run it per site if you have several connected.
