Refund Policy

Refund window

We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 14 days of the first paid charge, provided you have not used more than <USAGE THRESHOLD, e.g., 50% of your monthly quota> since the trial ended.

How to request a refund

Email billing@xaldro.com from the email address on the subscription. Include your subscription ID (visible in the Customer Portal). Refunds are processed via Stripe within 5 business days.

Exceptions

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Subscriptions older than 14 days from the first paid charge
  • Subscriptions where usage exceeded after the trial ended
  • Custom or enterprise plans negotiated separately (refund terms are in that contract)
  • Subscriptions cancelled for breach of our Terms of Service

Cancellation vs refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does NOT trigger a refund of past charges. Use the refund process above for that.

You can cancel anytime via the Customer Portal. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.

Tax

Refunds are issued net of any VAT or sales tax we collected, returned proportionally.
