Everything you need to get your books in sync

Set up takes a few minutes. Below is how it works, answers to the most common questions, and how to reach a human.

Getting started

Connect Webflow

Install Xaldro on your Webflow site. We read your ecommerce orders, no Designer changes, no code. You can connect more than one site from the site picker in the app.

Connect Xero or QuickBooks

Authorise your accounting system. Starter connects one of Xero or QuickBooks; Growth and up connect both at once.

Map your accounts

In Settings, choose the revenue, shipping, payment and tax accounts orders should post against. We never post an invoice that would not reconcile to the cent.

Let it sync

New orders post as invoices automatically. We also backfill the last 90 days on install so your books are caught up.

Common questions

An order is "held for review". How do I resolve it?

Open Reports or Orders. A held order is one that has not reached every accounting system it is mapped to. Each order shows the exact reason (for example, a tax code that is not mapped). Fix the mapping in Settings if needed, then press Sync or Retry on that order.

I connected a second accounting system after some orders synced. How do I backfill?

In Orders, any order not yet in the newly connected system shows a "Sync to <system>" button. Click it to post that order. Use "Retry all failed" to requeue a whole site at once.

How do I connect another Webflow site?

Open the site picker in the app sidebar and choose "Connect another site". You will re-run the Webflow authorisation; grant the additional site and it appears in Xaldro, already backfilling.

Will Xaldro ever double-post an invoice?

No. Every order maps to exactly one invoice per accounting system, with idempotency keys, so retries never create duplicates. Order edits after an invoice exists are flagged for review rather than silently changing posted books.

What happens to my data if I uninstall?

Nothing breaks. Invoices, contacts and credit notes live inside your own Xero or QuickBooks organisation. Removing Xaldro does not touch your books.

How do team seats work?

Invite teammates from the Team section. They sign in by email and act on your account. Seats are 1 / 3 / 10 / 25 on Starter / Growth / Pro / Agency. Billing and disconnecting are owner-only.
